中国砚都杯全国书法篆刻大赛征稿启事[font=新宋体][size=15pt][color=#000000] 在我国的文明史上，砚与纸、笔、墨对中国文化艺术的传播、推广和发展发挥了极其重要的作用，自唐武德年间至今1300多年以来，我国先后产生了端、歙、洮、红丝（澄泥）四大名砚。端砚，因产于端州（广东肇庆古称端州）而得名，因其品质优异、制作精良而名列中国名砚之首。自古以来，端砚常高置于帝王的御案、秘藏于将相名流的华堂深苑、珍玩于才子佳人的书斋雅轩。时至今日，端砚的实用功能及其综合艺术性更彰显其欣赏、收藏和经济价值，端砚艺术亘古常青。历史文化名城、中国砚都肇庆，因砚驰名，由砚生辉。[/color][/size][/font][align=left][font=新宋体][size=15pt][color=#000000] 为弘扬优秀传统文化，推动当代书法篆刻艺术发展，宣传肇庆，打造端砚文化的品牌，经肇庆市政协和广东省书法家协会双方磋商、研究，决定举办“中国砚都杯”全国书法篆刻大赛，向全国范围征稿。[/color][/size][/font][/align]

[color=#000000][font=新宋体][size=15pt]1、作品内容：古今有关赞美端砚的诗词为主，以及古今健康向上的联、赋、格言，自作诗词等；[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=新宋体][size=15pt]2、作品规格：书法作品为竖式、5尺以内、书体不限。篆刻作品自行设计印屏，规格四尺竖对开，印蜕6—10方，并附边款2方以上，用铅笔在印蜕边写上释文。入选作者需另寄原石一件参展。[/size][/font][/color]
