[font=Times New Roman]　　宣城是安徽省历史文化名城，文化底蕴深厚，综合文化指数位列安徽省首位，其中宣城的文房四宝生产历史悠久，历经千余年永保生机。为弘扬中华传统文化精髓，推动中国书画艺术的繁荣发展，普及和提高全社会书画实用水平和艺术水平，选拔优秀书画人才，促进社会主义两个文明建设，提高中华艺术在世界艺术之林的知名度，现由中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会、宣城市人民政府联合举办第三届中国宣城文房四宝之乡文化旅游艺术节2008全国书画作品大赛及中国当代艺术名家提名展。[/font][/align][font=Times New Roman][/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　1、参赛作品要求：作品内容要求健康向上、能够反映现实社会良好道德风尚等;[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　2、参赛类别：中国画、书法(草书、篆书附译文，篆刻不少于8方);[/font]
[font=Times New Roman][/font]
[font=Times New Roman]　　3、参展作者需提供送展作品照片1张(每位作者可投1—3幅，也可两项参赛)参加初评，照片注明作品题目、姓名、详细地址、邮编、身份证号码、联系电话。初评入围者接到电话通知后邮寄原作，同时通过邮局汇寄120元评选费进行终评，初评未入围作者不另行通知，照片不退。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　4、送件要求：作品(篆刻除外)限六尺纸以上(含六尺)、风格、流派、题材不限。送件作品背面右下角请用铅笔写明作者姓名、标题(和画面相同)，详细联系地址、邮编、联系电话、身份证号码。作品画面上应写清作者姓名并加盖名章。送件须妥善包装并挂号邮寄，防止邮寄中破损遗失。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　1、评选：评选委员会对每组作品进行初评、终评之后，分别评出获奖作品132件、入选作品168件，共计展出300件。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　2、奖项设置：[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　美术：一等奖3名，各奖稿费10000元;二等奖5名，各奖稿费6000元;三等奖8名，各奖稿费3000元;优秀奖50名，各奖稿费800元，入选作品84件，各奖稿费400元。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　书法：一等奖3名，各奖稿费6000元;二等奖5名，各奖稿费3000元;三等奖8名，各奖稿费1000元;优秀奖50名，各奖稿费600元，入选作品84件，各奖稿费300元。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　八、参展说明[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　1、作品归属：获奖及入展300件作品，组委会已经给与奖金，作品不再退件，全部由组委会收藏。未入选作品实行自愿退稿方式，如需退稿请在作品背面注明，并附退稿费用20元。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　2、组委会对参展作品有展览、研究、摄影、录像、出版及宣传权。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　3、展览后出版作品集，所有参展人员免费赠送一本。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]　　4、证书：组委会向参展作者颁发证书。[/font]
