[/color][b][color=red]“庆祝华北电力大学建校五十周年全国书法名家作品邀请展”已于10月23日至11月1日在华北电力大学北京校区开展，共展出90余位全国书法名家作品。作者大多是活跃在当今书坛中的大家和名家，其中许多是电力系统的优秀作者。展览由华北电力大学北京校友会、华北电力大学党委宣传部、中国电力书法家协会、中电书画院联合主办。
展览第二站在河北保定市博物馆开幕，目前正在准备之中。[/color][/b][/size][/font]

大学虽是科技人文之渊薮，但过重西学，渐失东学，俾使我传统文化寝然无声。虽有一二大学，新开书法之学，但却未成气候，且偏重理论，极尽博士之才，书纸三千，反失书法真谛。今华电能以一工科院校，毕集群贤，惠然赐墨，共襄盛举，斯文之盛，未之有也。尚祈赓续有方，令佳作得以赏目，古雅得以聘怀，更使大学作合科文之分，使师生得沐精神之飨，何其幸哉!
