何斌，1958年生。澳門大學中文碩士。籍貫湖北武漢。少時即喜書法，師從澳門著名書法篆刻家林近先生。
1980年起書法作品參加澳門藝術團體、政府有關部門舉辦的多項展覧，並獲多個獎頂。
1983年涉足國内印壇，獲全國首屆篆刻徵稿評比優秀獎，1987年入選全國首屆篆刻展，同時對書法傾注了更多的熱情，作品亦入選國際臨書大展、全國中青年書法展、全國書法展等多個展覧。八十年代曾參加全國多項書法比賽並獲一等獎等多個獎項，並多次獲澳門雙年展及全澳畫畫聯展書法獎；書法篆刻作品編入作品集的有： 《全國首屆篆刻展作品集》；《國際臨書大展作品集》、第三、四、五屆《全國中青年書法篆刻展作品集》、《中國當代書法作品賞析》、《國際篆刻邀請展作品集》等。2001年應山東大學之邀，書法作品捐贈山東大學並編入《山東大學百年校慶書畫集》，2003年參加澳門基金會舉辦的林近師生書法篆刻作品展並编入《林近師生書法篆刻作品集》。
作品曾在中國各地、日本、韓國、新加坡、葡萄牙、美國、香港等地展出；中國大型藝術網站華夏藝術網－“中國書法名家”登錄其名及書法作品。
有關教學經驗：
二零零年曾擔澳門臨時市政局文化康樂部開辦的“書法導賞課程”導師；
二零零二年七月至十月曾任教於澳門理工學院職業培訓班中國文化課程及澳門歷史課程 。
